Our success depends on attracting and developing the best people in our specialised fields. It’s through our people working effectively in well resourced teams that we will continue to develop excellent results for our customers”.

The ability to generate skilled workforce teams across such broad geographic areas means that we have the capacity to undertake and resource large and complex international projects, as well as service remote and diverse operations across Australia, New Zealand, India and the Asia Pacific area.
To ensure the right mix of skills are always available, Norfolk Group recruits proactively locally and overseas, and implements a variety of programs – both internally and with technology providers – to provide employees with the skills, knowledge, mentoring and environment to succeed in the workplace.
Norfolk employs the majority of its workforce directly rather than on a subcontract basis. This enables us to:
- form strong relationships with customers
- lock-in project knowledge, skills and experience for the benefit of our customers.
Recognising that apprentices are our future, we employ around 300 apprentices throughout our operations.
Norfolk is supported by a Management team with vast industry experience. Click here to link to view our Key Executive profiles.
