Our Commitment to:
Our Customers
Norfolk Group operates from over 50 major locations throughout Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam. The scale of Norfolk’s operations ensure that mission-critical projects can be comprehensively resourced by approximately 3,000 in-house, expert technicians, engineers and support staff, supported by a network of subcontractors to extend our resources where necessary.

The ability to generate skilled workforce teams across such broad geographic areas means that we have the capacity to undertake and resource large and complex international projects, as well as service remote and diverse operations across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific area.
Disciplined project management means our teams deliver on-time and on-budget with transparent accountability through our management information systems. We integrate our operations with customers’ systems for efficient management of projects while allowing the customer to maintain control on approvals and expenditure.
To ensure optimum response times to any issues, The Norfolk Hub Customer Service Centre operates 24/7, ensuring your call is answered and acted upon immediately.

The Environment
Norfolk is committed to developing and enhancing sustainability initiatives to ensure that we conserve natural resources and protect the environment, wherever we operate. Our experience in electrical and air-conditioning technologies and our scale of Australasian operations, strongly positions us to help our key stakeholders reduce energy consumption and develop sustainable environmental practices.
The Rydalmere NSW headquarters of our key businesses have achieved a 4 star NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) energy rating. We can assist customers with energy efficiency audits and energy greenhouse gas emissions management.
Below is a list of some of the key initiatives currently taking place across Norfolk:
Sustainability Committee
Norfolk has a cross business sustainability team with key employees who are involved with research into sustainability of workplace practices, with a particular focus on the environment in the everyday workplace situation. The team aims to develop and promote an education program for employees of Norfolk focused on sustainability and the environment.
Green Building Council
Haden, Resolve FM and O’Donnell Griffin are all members of the Green Building Council in Australia. Haden employs a number of engineers who are accredited Green Star professionals. In New Zealand, Haden New Zealand, (formerly known as Climatech) is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council.

The Community
Our workplaces, services and business processes reflect our responsibility to where we live and work. By acting responsibly, we can contribute to the well-being of our employees and the communities we work in, while helping to nurture the future for the wider community.
In 2011, Norfolk Group managers decided to consolidate our workplace giving programs by making the Make-A-Wish Foundation the company's major charity of choice within Austalia and New Zealand.
During the past 25 years, more than 6,000 wishes have been granted to children with life-threatening medical conditions through the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Australia. The Foundation is non-gender specific, non-religious and non-political and appeals to a broad target audience - parents, families general and corporate consumers. They aim to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
