Haden recruits engineering graduates in March and July each year. When graduates positions become available, the positions are posted to the job search page and under the graduate category.

About the program
The Graduate Engineers Learning Program provides mechanical engineering graduates with opportunities to develop a mentoring relationship with experienced practitioners in a structured learning environment. Graduates will experience a culture of excellence and adopt Haden methodologies in the mechanical engineering environment.
An experience-based learning approach allows graduates to develop and learn in a balanced workplace environment whilst directly applying their knowledge, acquired learnings and theory to practical situations in Haden.
This program offers mechanical engineering graduates a wide range of experiences to develop their understanding and knowledge about the business and how their future roles directly impact the business needs and outcomes.
