O’Donnell Griffin (ODG) recruit engineering graduates on an ad hoc basis for our Rail Engineering Graduate Program.

About the program

Graduates will gain direct railway experience in the full range of railway signalling construction activities.

The Program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring railway signalling engineers to experience a broad and varied range of rail signalling activities with the view of developing fundamental skills and competencies necessary to make a valuable contribution to O’Donnell Griffin.

Graduates are encouraged to make the most of their time in the Program to maximise the experiences and enhance their skills and knowledge.
