How do I apply for a job with Norfolk?

Once you have searched and found a job you would like to apply for, click on apply now, complete the fields and upload your resume. You can also register your interest and submit your CV by selecting the ‘Submit Your CV’ link on the right hand side of every page. When you have completed the online application process, your resume is stored in our resume database, which is regularly searched by the Human Resources team at Norfolk.

Can I apply for a job located in another State other than my own?

Norfolk offers a broad range of career opportunities throughout Australia, New Zealand and India, however advertised jobs on this site are currently within Australia only.

How can I communicate directly with Norfolk?

Due to the high volume of interest in opportunities with our company, it is not realistically possible for our Human Resources Team to liaise with every candidate. The Norfolk Human Resources Team will contact you if you have been short listed for the job you have applied for, or if your skills match any other opportunities.

Can I fax my application to you?

No. Your application must be submitted online so that it can be electronically stored in our resume database. This will allow the Human Resources Team to review your strengths and the opportunities available.

Do you have a Right to Work in Australia?

All employees must be legally able to work in Australia. You will be required to provide evidence of your working rights during the interview process. If you are on a visa and your conditions have limitations, please ensure you apply for jobs that meet these limitations.

Applying On-line

How often are new jobs posted on your website?

Norfolk post jobs regularly, often daily, therefore we recommend you visit this site often and perform a Job Search.

What is the length of time a job remains posted?

Some job postings only give candidates a window of one to two weeks to apply. Others remain open until the position has been filled. We urge you to visit our careers portal often.

What happens after I apply for a job?

After you submit your online application we will send you a confirmation email confirming your application has been submitted. The Norfolk Human Resources Team responsible for each job you apply for will appraise your skills and experience, and inform you if your application has progressed to the selection process. If you are not successful, we will store your resume in our database. Should a future position match your skill-set, the Norfolk Human Resources Team will contact you.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

Absolutely. You are welcome to apply for any of our job postings that you believe match your skill-set and career aspirations.

Who can submit an application to us?

Our job postings are designed to attract people who are interested in joining Norfolk. They are not intended for recruitment suppliers. In fact, we will not accept responsibility for any fees related to unsolicited applications from recruitment suppliers.
