Our engineering department, which includes fire engineering expertise, is able to assist architects and consulting engineers during the design phase of their projects to ensure that their end customer receives an appropriate and high performing industrial door solution.

Metalbilt® has a national team of specially trained installation and service crews. Fully equipped hiab trucks and service vans are used to provide safe and efficient installation and maintenance of our products. Our Service division operates 24hrs per day, 7 days a  week attending to our customers’ needs and requirements.

Our customer service proposition starts from the moment that first contact is made. It progresses through the design and specification stage and on through production, installation and commissioning. It does not stop when the door system has been commissioned and handed over to the customer. We offer a spares and servicing agreement to ensure a long and satisfactory life for every single Metalbilt® door.
