The philosophy of the Board of Norfolk Group Limited (the Company) will be to adopt a best practice stance that is consistent with both the ASX Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations and its own best interests. The Corporate Governance Statement attached below reflects the position Norfolk will take on issues of corporate governance. Norfolk’s practice will be to regularly review its position and make the necessary changes where appropriate.
