The philosophy of the Board of Norfolk Group Limited (the Company) is to adopt a best practice stance that is consistent with both the ASX Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations and its own best interests.

The Corporate Governance Statement  (available in the Quicklinks column to the right) reflects the position Norfolk will take on issues of corporate governance. Norfolk’s practice is to regularly review its position and make the necessary changes where appropriate.
