The Mechanical Division is able to provide customers with expertise over the life of their HVAC and refrigeration systems through the provision of installation, ongoing maintenance and refurbishment and replacement services.
They are a market leader in the Australian HVAC maintenance services market. Maintenance service contracts consist of preventatvie maintenance, to ensure HVAC and refrigeration products last their projected lifetime, and minor works maintenance, that is, attending to breakdowns and minor repairs.

- Design and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems Engineering, drafting, modeling, design
- Industry leading advice and consultation in Environmental Sustainability in Design (ESD) in HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing

- Permanent on-site technicians (POST)
- Air balancing, indoor air quality testing.
