WORKING WITH NORFOLK
Sourcing, contracting and supplier management for goods and services is undertaken at the most appropriate level for each supply. Management may be at a national, regional, business and/or individual site level.
Safety on Norfolk sites
All our suppliers and subcontractors are required to adhere to the relevant Norfolk policies and procedures below whenever doing business with us. Suppliers and subcontractors are responsible for reviewing these documents and following the described processes.
1. Norfolk Health, Safety & Environment Policy;
2. Norfolk Workplace Behaviour Policy;
3. Norfolk Code of Conduct for Directors, Employees & Contractors; and
4. Haden Contractor Code of Practice (Occupational Health & Safety); and
5. O’Donnell Griffin Sub Contractor Management Manual
6. Norfolk Hazard and Incident Reporting Form
Supplying or subcontracing to a Norfolk Business
Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with a Norfolk business all goods and services supplied to a Norfolk business are required to be in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
For construction/installation works: Norfolk Construction Subcontract
For service/maintenance works: Norfolk Services Subcontract
For independent contractors/consultants: Norfolk Independent Contractor Agreement
For all other suppliers or where no written agreement is entered into the Norfolk Purchase Order Terms and Conditions will apply.
Registering with Norfolk
New suppliers or subcontractors who wish to be deal with either Haden or O’Donnell Griffin in Australia must as a first step, register with Norfolk on the relevant TenderLink portal:

Suppliers and Subcontractors will be requested to fill in a Pre-qualification questionnaire that will need to be uploaded with required supporting documents to the TenderLink web portal where Norfolk will be able to retrieve the information and review it before including you on our central register.

When a Norfolk Business works for You
Unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with a Norfolk business all goods and services supplied by a Norfolk business are supplied subject to our standard Norfolk Terms and Conditions of Sale.
